Took a train from Valencia to Madrid to Vigo (and back). Rented a car to drive to all provinces. Celebrated my birthday at the zoo (one of the best ones so far because it is connected to the sea), and we rented an off grid Airbnb along the river of Ribeira Sacra. We failed to experience a proper hot spring in Ourense (there was no water in the pools, but we chanced upon a spot by the river so all good), and we ate maybe some of the best seafood in the country! And finally: albariño wine was phenomenal.
