The news said it was the hottest weekend! And indeed the drive from Albarracín was scorching hot.

Had a stopover for a meal at one of the best esmorzaret + cremaet places!

Lots of tunnels! Went camping by the beach. Didn’t know the campsite was famous for caravans so we needed a special kind of plug. Couldn’t find one in Mar Menor, almost slept without the inflatable bed, but Biboy found a way—the manual pump—which worked!

Had a good time in the beaches of Cartagena, Calabardina and Calblanque. Playa days are the best! Chiringuitos too!

Met with our Filipina friend Charm, who is currently based in Murcia. We had a lovely menu del día by the beach before we drove to Alicante to celebrate another friend’s graduation.
